The annual Bill Keating Jr Memorial Para Open Series will take place May 8-9, 2021 at the Powel Crosley Jr YMCA in Cincinnati, Ohio. U.S. Paralympics partners with Athletes Without Limits to determine whether athletes are eligible to compete as an athlete with intellectual impairment.

July 14, 2021 update from Virtus: "It is with regret that this event has been cancelled due to the ongoing levels of infections, quarantine/travel restrictions worldwide and anticipated low entries. Virtus would like to thank Brazilian hosts CBDI for all their efforts and share their disappointment."
In June 2023 more than one thousand of the best athletes from around the world will compete in the quadrennial Virtus Global Games, hosted in Vichy, France for seven days of elite multi-sport competition.
