JUL 2026 Move United Calendar: The Hartford Nationals (Michigan)

New in 2026! Move United Nationals to include all three Virtus Eligibility Groups:
Virtus II1/Para Class-Intellectual Disability, Virtus II2 Down Syndrome and Virtus II3 Autism+!
Sports: Boccia, Swimming, Track & Field, Archery, Powerlifting, Paratriathlon, shooting
Events are open to athletes with Physical, Visual and Intellectual Impairments.
Eligibility for Athletes With Intellectual Impairments:
(from Move United Website) Intellectually impaired athletes are eligible to compete in all sports on The Hartford Nationals program. Athletes with intellectual impairments may obtain a national classification at any time during the year. However, note that in order to compete at The Hartford Nationals, athletes will need to submit paperwork to Athletes Without Limits by June 1, 2026 in order to have their classification process complete prior to competition.
Virtus II1 – Intellectual Disability (Autism with Intellectual Disability)
- Shall compete as Bc8 for boccia
- Shall compete as S14 for swimming
- Shall compete as T/F20 for track and field
- Shall compete as MU91 for archery, para powerlifting, paratriathlon, and shooting
Virtus II2 – Intellectual Disability and Down Syndrome or similar significant additional impairment:
- Shall compete as Bc8 for boccia
- Shall compete as S18 for swimming
- Shall compete as T/F22 for track and field
- Shall compete as MU91 for archery, para powerlifting, paratriathlon, and shooting
Virtus II3 – Autism+
- Shall compete as S19 for swimming
- Shall compete as T/F23 for track and field
- Shall compete as MU91 for archery, boccia, para powerlifting, paratriathlon, and shooting
