2025 Huntsman Cup Alpine Ski Championships (Park City)

February 3 - February 6

This year’s Huntsman Cup will make history as the first event of its kind in the U.S. to welcome high-performance skiers with intellectual impairments

The Huntsman Cup will take place February 3-6 at Park City Mountain near Salt Lake City.  This important event has helped adaptive athletes with physical and visual impairments prepare for future Paralympic Games for the past 36 years.

Athletes Without Limits is proud to have partnered with the National Ability Center to be the first of its kind in the US to also include high-performance skiers with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome and autism. Nine members of Athletes Without Limits 2025 National Ski Team are set to compete.

The event is sanctioned by the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) and this year is also sanctioned by Virtus, the global governing organization for elite athletes with intellectual disabilities. Athletes Without Limits has been the US Member of Virtus since 2009 helping to create opportunities for athletes to compete at the highest level in 13+ sports.

Learn More: Alpine and Nordic US Skiers with intellectual impairment who are interested in racing at the National and Virtus International level as part of Athletes Without Limits (the US Member Organization of Virtus) should contact us about exploring the eligibility criteria and upcoming opportunities and visit the Skiing page of our website.
