As of March 2020 the US Team trip to Belgium has been cancelled. Athletes interested in the 2021 Virtus World Tennis Championships (TBD) may complete the athlete interest form below.
The Virtus Global Challenge Series has been developed to support opportunities for athletes to remain connected to their sports through online or video participation. The Rowing Series features three rowing machine challenges from Oct 9th-December 10th, 2020.

Tennis Vlaanderen will host rescheduled 9th Virtus (formerly Inas) World Tennis Championships at TC Wimbledon in Sint-Truiden, Belgium July 18th - July 24th, 2021 but has had to postpone until 2022 due to ongoing challenges associated with organizing group travel and events due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The 2021 Virtus Table Tennis World Championships have been re-scheduled to take place from 24-30 September 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand.Ă‚Â We'll post additional details specific to US athletes as we learn more from the Virtus hosts while monitoring Covid-19 nationally and worldwide closer to the event.

Due to cancellations during COVID-19 the 2026 Virtus Americas Regional Championships will be the inaugural event. Regional events will be held in the year preceding the Virtus Global Games, which are held every four years. AWL will manage selection and travel for a US Team to both Regional Games in Peru in 2026 and the 2027 Global Games! Included sports will be announced closer to the event.
Held every four years the Virtus Global Games is the World Championships for Athletes with Intellectual Impairment in 10+ summer sports. AWL will manage selection and travel for a US Team to the next games in 2027 - exact dates, location and host country to be announced soon!
As the US Member of Virtus Athletes Without Limits oversees eligibility for US athletes with intellectual impairments competing in: Virtus and Paralympic Competition.
