Coach Aaron Helander has been a National Teams Swim Coach with Athletes Without Limits since 2025 and has travelled with and coached AWL National swimmers with Intellectual Impairment at the 2025 Virtus World Championships in Thailand.

In addition to Coaching our AWL National Swimmers with intellectual impairments at Virtus International Swimming events, Coach Helander coaches with USA Down Syndrome Swimming and is Head Coach for the Rochester High School Falcons and at Heart of The Hills Swim Club.
