The 2026 Virtus Americas Regional Championships will be the inaugural regional event due to cancellations during COVID-19 pandemic. Regional events will be held in the year preceding the Virtus Global Games, which are held every four years. AWL will manage selection and travel for a US Team to both Regional Games in Peru in 2026 and the 2027 Global Games!

Held every four years the Virtus Global Games is the World Championships for Athletes with Intellectual Impairment in 10+ summer sports. AWL will manage selection and travel for a US Team to the next games in 2027 - exact dates, location and host country to be announced soon!
