Held November 7-10, 2024, in Orlando, FL at the Rosen Aquatic Center, this groundbreaking event brought together over 100 swimmers with Intellectual Impairment, Autism and Down Syndrome.
2023 Virtus Global Games France US Team Information
Athletes Without Limits has posted US Team travel, dates and cost for our trip to the June 2023 Vitus Global Games in France and a US Team Registration Form to our team page at: https://www.athleteswithoutlimits.org/gg2023. The 2023 Games are on track to be the largest Virtus Global Games to date with an estimated 1,200+ top athletes with intellectual impairment from 80 countries competing for the World Championships in their respective sports.

New in 2019 – Virtus (formerly called Inas) Indoor Rowing Video Competition
Athletes Without Limits is doing our part to increase rowing opportunities for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities by hosting the first INAS Indoor Rowing Cyber Championships – a new initiative from the INAS Rowing Committee that aims to make the sport more accessible to a greater number of rowers.
Athletes Without Limits relocates National headquarters to Bend Oregon
The move was made in large part due to Bend’s abundance of training opportunities and facilities, access to outdoor recreation, active lifestyle, and the community’s ethos for volunteerism.
Athletes Without Limits Launches Houston-Based National Basketball Program

Under the leadership of former Sydney Kings pro player Leon Trimingham, Athletes Without Limits has launched a Houston-based basketball team for high-performance athletes with intellectual disability.
Tryouts were held at The University of Houston this past March for both Men's and Women's Teams and nearly 20 players have been chosen to represent USA at upcoming international events. The athletes recently underwent the rigorous Inas/Paralympic Eligibility process and are currently training for the 2015 Inas Global Games World Championsh...
Venable Foundation Donates Racing Shell to Athletes Without Limits Rowing Program
Athletes Without Limits celebrated it's newest racing shell The Venable at a special event featuring Olympic Medalist Esther Lofgren and Paralympic Bronze Medalist Sgt. Rob Jones. Generously donated by the Venable Foundation under the leadership of Doug Baldridge, The Win-Tech four-person sweep racing shell has adaptive features that allow the athletes with disabilities on our Washington DC-based Integrated Rowing Team to race and train together with their non-disabled peers.
