BARRY HOLMAN, President & Head Coach
Barry manages relationships with the international and US governing bodies, is Head Coach to the US delegation at INAS competitions, and provides overall leadership to the organization.

JULIE HOLMAN, Managing Director, Eligibility Chair
Julie assists athletes and families with the eligibility process and provides nonprofit governance and administrative leadership to the organization. She also plans trips to INAS events and serves as US Team Manager at competitions.

MELANI HOM, Fundraising
 & Special Events
Melani helps plan, establish and maximize revenue streams to keep the athletes and the organization supported, including planning special events.

JENNIFER TETRICK, Social Media
Jen helps get the stories of our amazing athlete’s accomplishments into the media and hearts and minds of America. She also launched the Athletes Without Limits Facebook & Twitter pages.

COLIN SHAH, Training & Nutrition
Colin provides expertise on health and fitness as well as year-round strength and conditioning programs and helps with sport-specific coaching recruitment and training.

National Eligibility Officers

PAMELA MEEK Ph.D., National Eligibility Officer
Dr Meek has worked as a child psychologist for over 30 years providing therapy, consultation and psychological evaluations for children, families and schools. She reviews athlete applications providing evidence of intellectual disability to determine eligibility for INAS and Paralympic competition.

BRADY HAYCOCK PsyD., National Eligibility Officer
Brady is a licensed psychologist who currently works with students at See Forever Foundation’s Maya Angelou Public Charter Schools in Washington D.C. She reviews athlete applications providing evidence of intellectual disability to determine eligibility for INAS and Paralympic competition.

Board of Directors

SARAH GORDON, Board Secretary
Sarah is the Director of Communications for Wall Street Without Walls, a for-profit organization that connects capital market institutions and financial products with organizations engaged in community economic development. Sarah previously worked with a Non-profit, the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults  were she founded a national endurance training program to unite young adults and inspire hope in young people battling cancer. She is also the founder of Run for the Rare, a 5k race in Chicago, IL to support young people fighting cancer. Sarah is a 7 year cancer survivor and has been nationally recognized by several media outlets as a national cancer survivorship advocate. She was recognized in 2005 by ABC Baltimore Channel 2 “Lessons Learned” segment.  In 2006 she received a leadership scholarship from the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels, Belgium. Sarah graduated from Miami of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She also studied in Nairobi, Kenya and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School.  She has resided and worked in Beijing, China and Paris, France.

DIAA NOUR, At-Large
Diaa Nour is President of Tot Solutions, a DC-based company of 80 employees that specializes in contact-center services, hosting solutions, and remote reception capabilities. He has significant experience leading IT projects in both the public and private sectors – particularly in Africa and the Middle East, including Gabon, South Africa, Senegal, Togo, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Egypt. Most recently he helped negotiate a grant for the government of Burkina Faso to install fiber links between all the Ministries. Currently, he is the Chief Project Manager for the Sofisat telephony project in Egypt – the largest public/private partnership in the history of the country. Nour graduated from the College of William and Mary with a dual B.A. in International Economics and International Relations.  Raised in Cairo, Egypt and Lausanne, Switzerland, Diaa is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and currently resides in Washington, D.C. where he plays an active role in the local business,  political, and sporting communities and is an avid runner.
