Wayne is a USA Cycling-certified coach and co-owner of The Bike Rack, one of Washington DC’s top bike shops. In 2014 he lead Athletes Without Limits US cyclists to a successful Inas World Championships in the Czech Republic and will serve as Head Coach of US cyclists competing at the 2015 Inas Global Games.

Together with his business partner Chuck Harney, Wayne Lerch opened The Bike Rack in 2007 in downtown Washington DC, just steps from bustling 14th Street NW in the popular Logan Circle neighborhood.  The community-friendly shop offers weekend rides, maintenance clinics, women’s cycling, race sponsorships and is the only one in the city to sponsor a multisport team.
