Alpine & Nordic Skiing Opportunities

Athletes Without Limits is looking for talented skiers with intellectual impairments to represent the US at upcoming national and international downhill and nordic ski events, as well as Oregon-based skiers for local programs.

As the US member of Inas, Athletes Without Limits offers opportunities for skiers to compete at the highest levels in their sport. International competitions are already being organized by INAS for high-performance alpine and cross country skiers with intellectual impairments.

Qualified athletes may be able to travel to national and international competitions with the US delegation. Athletes must meet the Inas eligibility requirements to be considered. Please review eligibility guidelines and contact us if you know of any athletes who may be interested in competing in or aspiring to compete at a higher level.

While athletes may be from anywhere in the US, we are developing a winter sports hub in Bend, OR. Through a partnership with MBSEF Stevenson Youth Cross Country Ski Program opportunities are available for Oregon youth (ages 7-11) with intellectual impairments to participate in the program with the support of Athletes Without Limits. Please contact us if you know of any youth who may be interested in learning to classic and skate ski.
