Libby was the first athlete worldwide to compete in the Virtus II3 trial group in 2010 and has been trailblazing as a swimmer and equestrian rider ever since. She will compete in the first live Virtus Equestrian World Championships in Vichy, France in June 2023.
As the US Member of Virtus Athletes Without Limits oversees eligibility for US athletes with intellectual impairments competing in: Virtus and Paralympic Competition.
