Athletes Without Limits US National Basketball Team
As the US member of Inas Athletes Without Limits offers opportunities for players to compete at the highest levels in their sport. Our men’s and women’s teams launched in 2015 and are based out of Houston, TX, however talented male and female players from around the US are encouraged to apply. Inas competitors are an elite group of athletes from around the world making great achievements in basketball and other sports. Qualified athletes may be able to travel to national and international competitions as part of the the US National Team.
Interested in Playing? Athletes must meet eligibility requirements for intellectual impairment and complete an application to be considered. Please contact us if you know of any athletes who may be interested.
Athletes Without Limits has helped US athletes compete in high-performance Paralypmic, Inas and mainstream sport since 2009 (in Athletics, Cycling, Rowing, Swimming, and Tennis) but 2015 marks the first time we will field Men’s and Women’s US Basketball Teams at upcoming National and International events. Another example of athletes with intellectual impairment breaking ground and making history.
The Cost of Creating Champions
