Melissa is an outstanding table tennis player who is emerging on the international competitive scene. She is a strong contender for one of only six Paralympic table tennis slots available to players around the world. To do so Melissa will have to beat out all other female table tennis players in the Americas Region (North and South America).

Melissa was chosen by US Paralympics to compete in the table tennis tournament at the Para PanAmerican Games in Guadalajara, Mexico in November, 2011.

Athletes Without Limits Melissa Middleton of Cumming, Georgia has been selected to join the US Paralympic / USA Table Tennis (USATT) Para Pan Am Team at the 2011 Parapan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, November 13-18th, 2011.
