Eligibility Committee

Purpose

The Athletes Without Limits Eligibility Committee 1) reviews INAS Eligibility Applications submitted by US athletes to ensure all necessary supporting documentation has been provided 2)  determines if the athlete meets the eligibility requirements of INAS, and if so 3) sends the application to the INAS-FID International Eligibility Committee for final review and approval.

Committee Members

JULIE HOLMAN, Eligibility Committee Chair
Ms. Holman has extensive experience in sport, communications and nonprofit governance and works with athlete’s parents/guardians, the National Eligibility Officers, and INAS staff to oversee the eligibility process for US athletes.

PAMELA MEEK Ph.D., National Eligibility Officer
Dr. Meek has worked as a child psychologist for over 30 years providing therapy, consultation and psychological evaluations for children, families and schools. She reviews athlete applications providing evidence of intellectual disability to determine eligibility for INAS and Paralympic competition.

BRADY HAYCOCK PsyD., National Eligibility Officer
Brady is a licensed psychologist who currently works with students at See Forever Foundation’s Maya Angelou Public Charter Schools in Washington D.C. She reviews athlete applications providing evidence of intellectual disability to determine eligibility for INAS and Paralympic competition.
