Registration:
Verbal commitment required by December 14, 2009. Athletes Without Limits must receive INAS-FID eligibility application before January 1, 2010. Interested athletes should contact us immediately.
Who Can Compete?
Athletes Without Limits is actively recruiting men and women for the US team. Selection will be competitive and all athletes must meet the INAS-FID eligibility requirements by submitting the Eligibility Application as early as possible. We do not recommend waiting until the January deadline to begin this process.
Expenses
Athlete registration, room and board for this event cost 310 Euros per person. Additional costs include airfare to Hungary and other travel expenses. Athletes Without Limits will be fundraising to offset registration and travel expenses, however, athletes should be prepared to cover some of their expenses.

Schedule:
March 4: Arrival of the delegations at Budapest – Ferihegy Airport – Transfer by bus to Vác
March 5 : Visit the venue – Technical meeting – Training –Opening Ceremony Party
March 6: Competitions-Short course (3000 metres men//2000 metres women)
March 7: Competitions-Long course (6000 metres men//4000 metres women); Closing Ceremony
March 8: Departure of the delegations from Vác to the airports
Medical:
Sports medical staff will be present during each day competition of the championships as well as at
designated training teams. Physiotherapist will be engaged during competition to attend to any injuries that
will require their attention during warm-up and competition.
Rules:
Competition will be run according to rules of IAAF – International Amateur Athletics Federation – and INAS- FID.
Team Competition Format:
Only one team per country and only nations with a minimum of 3 participant athletes per sex are eligible to participate in the Team Competition (male or female). The classification system for Team Competition is: the team with less points is going to be the first classified.
